Dusty "Roaddog" Milligan is a silly dog-guy cowboy from the Wild Wild West. He has two dolls created by his adoptive grandma that mean the world to him. He's 36 years old and 6'6"—a big man with an even bigger heart!

Dusty has lots of experience with odd jobs and performance. He is perhaps the silliest and most energetic person in the group. Though he's used to being outcasted, he's found a home with the rest of the main gang.

He sees The Silver Shroud as a mentor, fascinated by his detective work. He gets along well with Thirteen, who "secretly" finds his presence comforting. He enjoys that Shen lets him show off his dolls on stream. His puppy eyes work without fail on Jeromy.
