The Silver Shroud

The Silver Shroud is a 53 year-old veteran turned detective. He's got a smoking problem, and he's head over heels for his lovely wife, Priscilla. He is the most technically qualified man for the crime investigating job.

He lost his arm in the war, and he earned the nickname "Shorty" from his colleagues because of that. Through various time travelling shenanigans, he acquired a bionic arm. He speaks slowly and with a southern drawl, as any man from Texas does.

Considers Dusty a partner-in-crime of sorts—they're the two southerners in the group, after all. Wants to be someone Jeromy can confide in. Understands Thirteen's struggles, and sometimes offers advice to them. Confused at Shen's "streaming"... whatever that is.
